Taylor Wimpey have not commenced building as some had thought, but have been carrying out the preparations for ecological surveys prior to the application being heard at Council in October.
The Land that is owned by residents of Quarry Wood, has a right of way clause, that enables Taylor Wimpey to go onto the land without commiting tresspass. What has been unacceptable, is that they have commenced work and not informed residents. There will be a full apology going to all residents affected. Additionally, Taylor Wimpey will be using the Callywell lane entrance until further notice.
